Ready to Work

Ken MacKenzie gets my vote on Sept. 12. As former chairman of the Republican Town Committee, I know how much Ken cares for our town. He demonstrated that to me two years ago during his campaign to win a seat on the Board of Finance. He often talked about all the kind individuals that he met as he walked around Guilford seeking votes. He has also demonstrated to me his love and caring for his family.

Ken joined the Guilford Board of Finance after working years in finance. He has the necessary background to be an outstanding first selectman. It seems apparent to me that the future for all community leaders will require tough financial decisions.

Ken is a strong leader who is ready to work for every Guilford citizen. He is capable of dealing with tough decisions for the betterment of Guilford.

I encourage all registered Republicans to get to their polling place on Sept. 12 and vote for Ken Mackenzie to be our candidate for first selectman in November.
