All Clear

First Selectman Joe Mazza, the commissioners, and committee members, not to mention the workers who did the actual job, have done a magnificent job of cleaning up a huge tree that blew down over/into the East River. It blocked access to the river upstream and was a potential danger to small boaters and fishermen who might have tried to get past it.

I certainly wish to thank all involved for completing this difficult but important task.
