Personal Qualities Make the Difference

Just what makes a person qualified to run for a position of selectman? Is it the time living in town or the level of education? Is it the past or present civic endeavors the person has been involved with? Perhaps it's the professional experience? In part, it is some of the above but it also the personal qualities that make the difference to me.

Charles Havrda is dedicated to making Guilford the best that it can be. He understands the needs of our citizens. He is honest and direct and will not push aside the tough issues. He will help to bring greater openness to our town government. I encourage residents to support Charles Harvda for selectman in the upcoming election.
