The Westbrook-Old Lyme (W-OL) field hockey team took three losses last week to move to 2-9 on the season.
W-OL took to a 4-0 road loss against North Branford on Oct. 4. Three days later, The Knights were on the road to face Valley Regional and dropped a 4-0 decision to the Warriors. Then on Oct. 9, W-OL played a road game versus Suffield and was edged out by a 1-0 score.
Boys’ Soccer
The Westbrook boys’ soccer team dropped to 2-9 on the season after taking two recent defeats.
On Oct. 5, Westbrook dropped a 3-0 decision on the road against Haddam-Killingworth. Then on Oct. 8, the Knights hosted Old Saybrook and lost to the Rams by a 5-0 score.
Girls’ Soccer
The Westbrook girls’ soccer squad lost two contests last week and is now 1-9 on the season.
In their first game of the week, the Knights took a 5-1 home loss versus Haddam-Killingworth on Oct. 6. The following day, Westbrook was on the road to play Old Saybrook and took a took a 4-1 defeat against the Rams.
