The Westbrook field hockey team wrapped up its regular season by playing a pair of games last week and came away with victories in both contests. The Knights earned a 1-0 win over Old Saybrook and then defeated Stafford by a score of 4-0 in last week’s action. With these victories, Westbrook finished its regular season with a record of 13-1-2 to earn the No. 1 seed in this week’s Shoreline Conference Tournament.

Bauman scored her first goal off an assist from Olivia Hartzell and then put another in the net on an assist from Carolyn Bauman to give Westbrook a 2-0 lead at halftime. After intermission, Avery Bauman completed her hat trick by scoring a goal off a helper from Katherine Dahl. Carolyn Bauman netted the final score of the game off an assist from Alex Young.
