The Valley 5th-grade girls’ basketball team recently won the Neil Holack Tournament in Waterford on the weekend of March 4 and 5. The girls finished their season with an overall record of 16-5. The athletes on the squad who led Valley to the victory are Ella Brenneman, Audrey Counter, Olivia Cunningham, Regan Grow, Alice Jean-Pierre, Cayden Johnson, Lily Jones, Grace Lunz, Chloe Pocaro, Sharmel Rivera, Riley Soares, Emily Surber, and Morgan Toth. The team was coached by Doug Brenneman, Bob Jones, and Ginny Willetts.
