Modine Shines in Week 15 of Deep River Horseshoe League
In week 15 action of the Deep River Horseshoe League, Bill Modine led the way among A players with a score of 130. Modine was followed closely by Bill Strong, who shot a 128; plus Dave Turner, who hit for 120. John Sciacca topped the B players with a 105, John Hutra was second (104), and Kris Casey (102) finished third. For the C players, Robert Robinson scored a 93, while Joe Heery (82) and Andy Konefal (80), were second and third, respectively.
Overall, the Dodgers stayed atop of the standings with a record of 59.5-29.5. The Angels (53.5-36.5) moved from fourth to second and the Tigers stood in third at 53-37.
