Boys’ Basketball

The Rams’ boys’ basketball team won its only contest last week and improved to 9-1 on the season with a record of 9-0 in the Shoreline Conference. The victory came when Old Saybrook traveled to Clinton on Jan. 22 and defeated conference foe Morgan 68-38.

Girls Basketball

On Jan. 22, Old Saybrook hosted Morgan and lost 53-15. The Rams’ squad was coming off a big 55-50 win over Hale-Ray, but struggled against the senior-laden Huskies and dropped to 3-9 for the season.
