Capotorto’s Apizza Center in East Haven was the generous host of the first 2015 pasta dinner for the Yellowjackets’ football squad, which took place on the eve of the new season on Thursday, Sept. 10. This tradition of feeding the boys and wishing them success is one normally hosted by parents. Thanks to Beth and Ralph Capotorto and their staff, the boys enjoyed salad, pasta, meatballs, garlic bread, and pizza that continuously flowed from the kitchen. Ralph has always wanted to host a pasta dinner for the team and the Yellowjackets were ever so grateful. The team enjoyed the food and company on the outdoor patio. The East Haven High School football program sends a big thank you to Capotorto’s.
