A few weeks back, I wrote about The Griswold Inn in Essex, and how it’s open seven days a week for lunch and dinner. While that’s something that might not have seemed remarkable a few years back, we still right now are in an era when restaurants continue to work hard to find enough staff, while also struggling with rising prices and intermittent supply shortages. So here’s another tip if you want to go out and get some delicious food with excellent service, even on a Monday night: Quattro’s Italian Restaurant and Wine Bar, 14 Water Street, Guilford open daily 11:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Sunday to 9 p.m. They also have a sweet little outdoor seating area when the weather’s decent.—Pem McNerney
