Jay Taylor, the chef at The Wharf restaurant in Madison has created a Tuscan inspired menu that will be paired with Tuscan wines at a dinner on Saturday, Feb. 1 at 7 p.m. With tickets going for $125, the wine dinner will feature a Prosecco reception; baby octopus ragu culurgiones; wild boar ragu; papardelle with fresh black truffles, shortribs, meatball, romano, and arugula; and affogato, all accompanied by Tenuta Torciano Tuscan wines.
