Bereavement Support Group Starting Up

For those who have lost a loved one or who have faced other kinds of loss, the holidays can trigger complicated and difficult feelings. A bereavement support group is starting up at St. Mary Hall in Branford at the beginning of January and it is free and open to all. File photo
Anyone grieving the loss of a loved one is welcome to attend The Bereavement Support Group at St. John Bosco Parish at St. Mary Hall, 731 Main Street, Branford, starting on Thursday, Jan. 10 and continuing for 10 consecutive Thursdays from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. The New Day seminar is designed to help those who are grieving find comfort and to explore strategies for coping with grief and loss.
