You may remember when DO, Cookie Dough Confections opened in New York City a few years ago and everyone was losing their minds over the fact that there was now a place where you didn’t have to eat raw cookie dough in shame. Luckily, those of us who can’t justify traveling into the city to indulge in uncooked culinary bliss can now cure their craving in New Haven. Doughlicious, a raw edible cookie dough shop, just opened on State Street serving, as they put it, “the dessert your mama warned you about.” Even better, they offer delivery through UberEats and soon Grubhub.
