New Vineyard in the Works

I was talking with Bethany Rose of Rose Orchards, 33 Branford Road, North Branford recently and asked how it was coming with their new vineyard, which is in the works. She said it was coming right along, and that the current plan calls for it to be open sometime next June. The goal is to produce eight different kinds of wine, including four reds and four whites, along with wines infused with fruit grown on the family’s orchards. In the meantime, the orchard has lots of fun fall events planned, including hayrides, pick your own, and a corn maze. There also is a farm market with lots of goodies for sale.
