Counter Weight Brewing Company in Hamden will be celebrating its one year anniversary on Saturday, April 7 with food trucks and, of course, plenty of local beer including Beer’d, Black Hog, Lasting Brass, Fox Farm, Back East, Kent Falls, No Worries, New England Cider, New England Brewing, Allagash, Back East, Jacks Abby, Outer Light, and others. The event takes place from noon to 3 p.m. The cost is $35 and all proceeds will benefit Smilow Cancer Hospital.
