11/08/2017 11:01 PMTellabration, a story-telling festival observed worldwide each November, comes to the United Church of Chester (UCC) at 7 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 11 featuring professional storyteller Jen Munro.
Munro will donate her performance so that Tellabration acts as a fundraiser for both the UCC and the Connecticut Storytelling Center. Tickets, $10, are available at the church office, as well as the Chester Package Store, Lark, The Perfect Pear, and Chesters Finders Marketplace; 100 percent of the ticket price goes to non-profit. Advance tickets come with a coupon for a half-price drink at Pattaconk 1850, and refreshments will be donated by the Wheatmarket and Simon’s Marketplace.
