Start the New Year With Some Happiness
The Madison Happiness Club wants to help you start this New Year by living a more positive, calmer, and joy-filled life. All are welcome to come to a presentation on the topic: Practicing Mindfulness to live an authentic and happy life, by Jim Rinere. Rinere is a 22-year Madison resident, entrepreneur, C-Suite wellbeing and mindfulness company executive, father, husband, and professional speaker. He will deliver a program focused on how his 10-year mindfulness journey and practice has empowered him to live an amazing and happy life. The program will intertwine his personal story and the gritty reality of breaking through a life riddled by depression. The life lessons will be delivered with humor and provide tangible life applications of mindfulness. Rinere will be the group’s travel guide through a thought-provoking guided meditation and introduction to mindfulness practice. The meeting is Wednesday, Jan. 25, at 7 p.m., at Scranton Memorial Library, 801 Boston Post Road, Madison. The meeting is free and open to all.
