Cheese Shop of Centerbrook reports on Facebook that it is “delighted to be the first cheese shop in the U.S. to carry Dziugas, a multi award-winning cheese from Lithuania.” Considered by some to be a national Lithuanian treasure, it is sometimes described as a little like Gouda and a little like a great cheddar.
