06/17/2010 12:00 AMAccomplished artist Jerry Weiss teaches two, five-day Landscape Painting workshops at the Mercy Center in Madison, with one session running from June 28 through July 2 and a second from July 19 to 23. Weiss will discuss composition, value, and color, as well as providing individual critiques and demonstrating painting techniques. Students will paint on location and will be encouraged to work on several small paintings each day.
