Nancy and Steven Hallahan of Old Lyme welcomed a son, Niall Hallahan, on Jan. 1 at Yale-New Haven Hospital. Wildwood Pediatrics and Adolescent Medicine of Essex and Old Saybrook acknowledged Niall as the First Baby of the Year 2013. His grandparents are Rosemary and William McLaughlin of Old Saybrook and Dennis Hallahan of Westbrook and the late Jean Hallahan. Niall was welcomed home by his big brothers, Brendan, Sean, Patrick, Rowan, and Quinn.
