Madison Avenue Salon Ends the Old and Begins New Year by Serving the Community

On Jan. 6, the staff at Madison Avenue Salon purchased, prepared, and served a meal to 51 people at the Community Dining Room. The staff also presented a check to the Community Dining Room for $190, which the salon had raised during a charity tree donation fundraiser.

During the holiday season, Madison Avenue Salon also collected 120 toys for the Toys for Tots campaign. Winners of the salon's Toys for Tots contest were Vanessa McConville, who won a Day of Beauty; Susan Kritzman, who won a $100 gift card; and Charlene Cobb, who won a haircut.
