Academic and Extracurricular Achievements
• William Rogge of Madison was named a Wilkinson Scholar for academic excellence in first-year legal studies by Fordham University School of Law. He was selected to be a staff member of both the Fordham Law Review and the Fordham Journal of Corporate and Financial Law. He is also a teaching assistant in the Fordham Legal Writing Program. Rogge is a 2014 candidate for a juris doctorate.

Literacy Volunteers-Valley Shore CT Trains 21 New Tutors
Literacy Volunteers-Valley Shore CT announces that 21 area residents recently completed a seven-session fall workshop, which provided them with intensive training that will enable them to tutor foreign adults in Basic Reading and English as a Second Language. These workshops are held in the spring and fall of each year.
Among this year's fall graduates are Pamela Binkley, Susan Donoghue, Susan Duques, Lisa Lapera, Diane Metzler, and Kristine Thorson of Madison. Each of these volunteers is presently tutoring students in English.
