With a joyful gathering of family and relatives, Edward Borrelli and Doris (Birks) Borrelli recently celebrated their 65th wedding anniversary, which was on April 7. The couple met nearly 70 years ago at a Grange dance. They married, built a home, lived, worshiped at Our Lady of Pompeii, and stayed in the country section of East Haven, where they still live. Mr. and Mrs. Borrelli have a beautiful family of four daughters and their husbands, one son and his wife, 10 grandchildren (and their spouses), and nine great-grandchildren.
