06/01/2012 11:00 AMBrian and Jennifer Tripp of Guilford welcomed a son, Brian Michael Tripp, Jr., on May 9 at 1:42 a.m. at Yale-New Haven Hospital. Brian weighed 7 pounds, 11½ ounces, and was 21 inches long. His grandparents are John and Lynn Cifarelli of East Haven and Cal and Elizabeth Tripp, also of East Haven. His great-grandfathers are Frank Proto and Ralph Cifarelli, both of East Haven.
