Vanessa Lamb, the daughter of Jeff Lamb of Manchester and Vivianna Lamb of Middletown, is engaged to wed Rich Federico, the son of Adrian and Fred Federico of Madison.

The future bride is a reading consultant for the Madison Public Schools. The future groom is a sales manager for his family's business.

The future bride and groom met at the Turtle Bay condominium community in Branford, where they both reside.

A July 2 wedding is planned at Water's Edge Resort & Spa in Westbrook, with Rev. John Pelletier of North Madison Congregational Church officiating.
