Mike and Tina Phelan of Madison welcomed a son, Julius Michael Phelan, on Nov. 25 at 8:59 p.m. at Yale-New Haven Hospital. Julius weighed 8 pounds, 14½ ounces, and was 21 inches long. Julius's grandparents are Charles and Vivian Phelan of Madison, Bert and Cheryl Hall of Sharpsburg, Georgia, formerly of Madison, and Steve and Nancy Bailey of East Corinth, Vermont.
