03/19/2010 12:00 AMMarten and Kathleen (Richards) Brown of Clinton welcomed a son, Jacoby Thomas Brown, on Nov. 18 at 9:38 a.m. at Middlesex Memorial Hospital. Jacoby weighed 7, 12 ounces, and was 19 inches long. He was welcomed home by his big brother Andrew and his “sister” pugs Gizmo and Midnight. Jacoby's maternal grandparents are Glenn and Margaret Hansen of New London. His paternal grandmother is Janet Perry of Westbrook.
