Annual Holly Fair Coming Up


The United Methodist Church of Clinton, 12 Commerce Street, Clinton will host its annual Holly Fair Saturday, Nov. 23 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. with a lunch menu of homemade soups and sandwiches available from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. The Fellowship Hall and each of the classrooms will be transformed into shops by the members of the Congregation. Christmas Past features vintage holiday decorations and serving pieces; The Crafts Room features handmade wreaths, table decorations, and ornaments made by the Clever Crafters group of the church; The Jewelry Room features vintage pins, earrings, necklaces donated by church members; The Country Store includes giftable jams, home baked goods and themed gift baskets. There will also be a free Make Your Own Ornament Room for children. Children and adults will have an opportunity to make free Christmas crafts with artist and Shore Publishing columnist Liz Egan.
