East Haven Police Incident Report for Aug. 12 to 14
The East Haven Courier publishes a Police Incident Report to inform residents of incidents, criminal activities, and police responses occurring in town. As those charged are presumed innocent until proven guilty, the report does not include names. It may be edited for space and content.
Sunday, Aug. 12
• A 43 year-old man of Victor Street was arrested at 2 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to have headlights lit following a motor vehicle stop on Hemmingway Avenue at Pennsylvania Avenue.
• A 23 year-old New Haven woman was arrested at 4:25 p.m. and charged with breach of peace in the second degree and threatening in the second degree following an incident on old Foxon Road. She was processed on a $2,500 bond.
• A 26 year-old man of Vista Drive was arrested at 11:31 p.m. and charge with breach of peace in the second degree and strangulation in the third degree. He was processed on a $5,000 bond.
Monday, Aug. 13
• A 38 year-old New Haven man was arrested at 10 a.m. on a warrant charging him with failure to appear for a motor vehicle court summons.
Tuesday, Aug. 14
• No arrests were made.
