Chester Police Incident Report for Feb. 16 to 18

• At 4:48 p.m. Trooper Paul Piper reported that a 35 year-old Clinton man was operating a 1997 Jeep Grand Cherokee westbound on Route 148 near Butter Jones Road when he veered into a snow bank off the side of the road and flipped the Jeep onto its roof, coming to final rest in the westbound lane of Route 148. No injuries were reported at the scene. The vehicle was towed by Deep River Auto. No enforcement action was indicated.
