Old Saybrook Police Incident Report for Nov. 2 to 5
The Harbor News publishes a Police Incident Report to inform residents of incidents, criminal activities, and police responses occurring in the towns of Clinton, Westbrook, and Old Saybrook. As those charged are presumed innocent until proven guilty, the report does not include names. It may be edited for space and content.
Saturday, Nov. 2
• A 28 year-old Westbrook man was arrested on warrants charging him with criminal mischief in the third degree, two counts of burglary in the third degree, and two counts of larceny in the fourth degree. In the same incident a 28 year-old Wilton woman was arrested on warrants charging him with burglary in the third degree, criminal mischief in the third degree, and larceny in the fourth degree. Each man was processed on a $50,000 surety bond.
Sunday, Nov. 3
• A 29 year-old Groton woman was arrested at 1:01 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs and reckless driving.
Monday, Nov. 4
• No arrests were made.
Tuesday, Nov. 5
• A 36 year-old East Lyme woman was arrested at 12:24 p.m. on a warrant charging her with risk of injury to a minor and sexual assault in the fourth degree
