• A 31 year-old Middletown man was issued a misdemeanor summons at 1:09 a.m. for operating a motor vehicle while under license and registration suspension.

• A 65 year-old man of a Washington Avenue apartment was arrested at 12:03 a.m. and charged with breach of peace and assault in the third degree.

• A 33 year-old man of Howe Street was arrested at 6:30 p.m. and charged with reckless endangerment in the second degree, risk of injury to a minor, and strangulation in the third degree.
