Madison Police Incident Report for Nov. 25 and 26

Monday, Nov. 25
• No arrests were made.
• Vandalism was investigated at 16 Fort Path Road at 9:21 a.m.
• A motor vehicle accident without injuries was investigated on New Road at Duck Hole Road at 4:22 p.m.
Tuesday, Nov. 26
• A 41 year-old Massachusetts woman was arrested at 7:09 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to signal a turn. Occupation: human resources director.
• A fraud was investigated at police headquarters via a walk-in complainant.
• An unwanted person complaint was investigated on the lower 1000 block of Boston Post Road at 12:28 p.m.
• A brush fire was investigated at 101 Five Fields Road at 2:04 p.m.
• A motor vehicle accident with injuries was investigated in front of 560 Durham Road at 7:07 p.m.
