Jake Mahoney, Dave Donahue, and Becky Honore of Donahue’s Clam Castle in Madison serve lobster salad and pork sliders to attendees of the 15th annual Culinary Arts Night in Madison on Sept. 20. The evening combined dozens of local restaurants and beer and wine purveyors and also included a silent auction and raffle. All proceeds benefited the Madison Exchange Club’s service programs.
