The Old Saybrook Lions Club sponsored the Kidsight Program at Goodwin School in Old Saybrook on Dec. 1. This was a free screening of approximately 190 children for various eye abnormalities. Students were screened for irregularly shaped corneas or lenses, nearsightedness, farsightedness, misalignment of the eyes, unequal refractive power, and pupil size anomalies.
