David Zeichner, 91, of Madison died on Jan. 25 at his home. He was born on July 31, 1924, in Bronx, New York, the son of Abraham and Yetta Zeichner.He worked for Haskins Laboratories for 35 years as an electronics engineer in the field of speech research. His hobbies included sailing, photography, and carpentry.

Mr. Zeichner is survived by his son David Zeichner, daughter-in-law Deborah Zeichner, and grandsons Daniel and Dean, of Oxford.
