Mindfully Meditating through Yoga: Align Your Chakras for True Awakening
Unwind and restore the body and soul from your busy day with this meditation based yoga class. Restorative postures linked with introspection allow you to fully relax. Let each class take you on a unique journey through your body via the chakra system. A peaceful final relaxation assisted by essential oils complements the culmination of the class. Please bring a yoga mat and water bottle.
