In Business: Grand Apizza of Clinton
Grand Apizza of Clinton is celebrating 20 years of business in 2013. Grand Apizza offers eat-in and take-out options and is open for lunch and dinner. Grand Apizza of Clinton is owned by Michael Nuzzo, the son of Fred and Rosemarie Nuzzo, who opened Grand Apizza at 111 Grand Avenue in Fair Haven in 1955. Fred Nuzzo, who passed away in 2010, gave his three sons the opportunity to continue the family business, and they branched out to add Grand Apizza in Clinton, Grand Apizza of Cheshire, Grand Apizza of Bethany, and Apizza Heaven in Sedona, Arizona.
Grand Apizza of Clinton serves pizza, subs, Italian dinners, and calzones made from family recipes. Gluten-free and wheat pizza are also offered.
