North Haven Police Incident Report for Nov. 30 and Dec. 1
The North Haven Courier publishes a Police Incident Report to inform residents of incidents, criminal activities, and police responses occurring in town. As those charged are presumed innocent until proven guilty, the report does not include names. It may be edited for space and content.
Friday, Nov. 30
• No arrests were made.
• A 29 year-old Stratford man was issued a misdemeanor summons at 5:47 a.m. for failure to have insurance and operating an unregistered motor vehicle.
• A 41 year-old Hamden man was issued a misdemeanor summons at 6:55 a.m. for operating a motor vehicle while under license suspension and failure to wear a seat belt in the front seat.
Saturday, Dec. 1
• A 48 year-old Wallingford man was arrested at 2:50 a.m. and charged with breach of peace.
• A 26 year-old man of Postman Highway was arrested at 12:01 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, evading responsibility in the operation of a motor vehicle (fleeing the scene of an accident), operating an unregistered motor vehicle, and violation of a left lane restriction.
• A 40 year-old man of Clintonville Road was arrested at 8 a.m. and charged with criminal impersonation, interfering with an officer, failure to carry a driver’s license, operating a motor vehicle while under license suspension, and failure to obey a control signal.
• A 39 year-old man of Warner Road was arrested at 11 a.m. and charged with disorderly conduct.
• A 25 year-old New Haven man was arrested at 8:22 p.m. and charged with larceny in the sixth degree.
• A 46 year-old man of Middletown Avenue was arrested at 11:21 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
