On Nov. 15 and 16, the North Haven Garden Club sold birdseed wreaths, baskets, and ornaments at the St. Elizabeth of the Holy Trinity Christmas Bazaar held at St. Therese Church. Club members who attended the sale and helped out were Cindy Golia (chair), Gerri Giordano, Cindy Adinolfi, Cristie Amato, Mary Angelopolous, Kim Carew, Wini Colleran, Laurie Falco, Katie Fritzel, Linda Lianos, Dianna Ramadei, Jen Saslafsky, Pete Stevenson, Deb Trapani, and Maria Yankura.

The North Haven Garden Club wishes a healthy and happy holiday season to the members of its community. The club thanks you for your past support and is reaching out to the community to help support the club. The club is a nonprofit, volunteer organization which will depend on the money raised at its fundraisers to support its efforts to help beautify North Haven in the coming year. Funds raised from the sale of the wreaths and baskets will help support many of the projects which the North Haven Garden Club does throughout the town.

The club’s homemade wreaths, baskets, and ornaments are a nice gift option for that someone who loves birds or for that hard-to-buy person in your life. There are three sizes available. Large measures 10 inches in diameter and comes in a mesh bag with a festive decorative bow for easy hanging, and the cost is $15. Small comes with decorative hanger, and the cost is $5. The ornament size with a hanger is either $4 or $5.

Baskets are also available in three sizes: small ($15), medium ($25), and deluxe ($35). Details are provided upon request. Custom orders can be made upon request. The order deadline is Monday, Dec. 16. Prepayment is required, and checks should be made out to North Haven Garden Club. Wreaths and baskets can be delivered for an additional charge of $5.

This year, the club also has extralarge wreaths for $25. Quantities are limited
