A scarecrow designed by R.J. Julia Booksellers sits outside of their store in Madison on Oct 29. The scarecrow is part of the Madison Chamber of Commerce’s Scarecrows Invade Madison contest, with the winner announced on Oct. 31 during Trunk or Treat on the Madison Green.
