American Legion Post 66 and the Legion Auxiliary in Clinton have presented its annual Morgan Scholarship to Shannon Slie. A recent graduate of The Morgan School, Slie will be entering the master’s program in occupational therapy at Quinnipiac University in September.

Slie received her scholarship award in a ceremony hosted at the Post 66 home. Slie attended the ceremony with her parents, Arthur Slie and Jennifer Slie, and was presented with her distinction by Jack Scherban, Post 66 commander; and Renne Szewczyk, Legion Auxiliary president.
