Swimmers and fishermen are silhouetted at Cedar Lake in Chester late on July 14 as the band N&B plays during the Cedar Lake Summer Concert Series. The concert series runs Sundays from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. through Sept. 1, and funds raised from parking donations benefit summer camp scholarships and the Friends of the Chester Public Library.
