By the front entrance to the North Haven Fire Station sits the Firefighters Memorial. This area is cared for by Brenda Howlett of the North Haven Garden Club. Howlett donates all of the flowers for the planters at the Firefighters Memorial. No matter what the season it is, she makes sure that there are beautiful flowers adorning the planters. This spring, beautiful pansies were in the two large urns and, for, summer Howlett planted some captivating geraniums.
