Deep River Public Library held its Deep River Chess Club Tournament on May 20, featuring matches for kids and teens. The tournament was the culmination of the library’s online chess classes with ranked chess coach Joe Lessard over the last several months. Assistant Director and Children’s Librarian Elaine Alexander organized the classes and tournament.
