Amy Barry, the writer who lives in the Stony Creek section of Branford, has alerted us to a food truck that sells salads and wraps that opened recently on the Guilford Green. Called The Greenery, it will be open seven days a week at lunchtime. The owner, Josh, grew up in Madison and attended Daniel Hand High School. He now lives in Guilford with his wife. Caesar salads, Greek salads, a Cobb, a Caprese, the Wedge, and the Santa Fe are all on the menu. And you can make your own, too.
