Richard E. Treat, 71, of Madison, formerly a long-time resident of Guilford, passed away at Middlesex Hospital, Middletown, on March 14. Richard was born in London, England, on April 10, 1951, son of the late Richard E. Treat, Sr. and Olga (Lazarevich) Treat, beloved brother of Kathy Treat of Madison. He is also survived by his extended family, an aunt, many cousins, and friends. He and his parents and sister lived for many years in London, England, and Paris, and they traveled widely throughout Europe.
