Shelter Director Laura Burban walks Sonny, a bboxer and Bulldog mix, out of the dog kennel room at the newly renovated Dan Cosgrove Animal Shelter located at 749 East Main Street in Branford on Feb. 16. The shelters goal is to be the first net zero animal shelter in the country.
