Clinton Police Incident Report for Nov. 1 and 2
The Harbor News publishes a Police Incident Report to inform residents of incidents, criminal activities, and police responses occurring in the towns of Clinton, Westbrook, and Old Saybrook. As those charged are presumed innocent until proven guilty, the report does not include names. It may be edited for space and content.
Friday, Nov. 1
• A 21 year-old man of Jefferson Circle was arrested at 4:37 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to maintain the proper lane of a multiple lane highway, drinking while operating a motor vehicle, and criminal mischief in the third degree following a motor vehicle accident with injuries on Pleasant Valley Road at Laconia Drive.
• A 34 year-old woman of Ninety Rod Road was arrested at 9:36 p.m. and charged with disorderly conduct following a domestic dispute on Long Hill Road.
• A missing person complaint was investigated on Jefferson Circle at 9:24 a.m.
• A theft was investigated on Glenwood Road at 9:35 a.m.
Saturday, Nov. 2
• No arrests were made.
• A 36 year-old man of Elm Street was issued a misdemeanor summons at 12:22 a.m. for operating a motor vehicle while under license suspension and failure to have tail lamps.
• Suspicious activity was investigated on Killingworth Turnpike at 1:29 a.m.
• Criminal mischief was investigated on Pearl Street at 11:16 p.m.
