Don't Miss Guilford's Got Talent This Weekend
Guilford Youth & Family Services, Guilford Parks & Recreation, and It's Worth It (a Guilford DAY Initiative) will once again be hosting the Guilford's Got Talent competition on Sunday, June 29 at 1 p.m. on the Guilford Green (rain location is Guilford High School).
Showcasing singers, dancers, and even hula hoopers, this is a family friendly event. Acts will be judged on value, appeal, creativity, and ability. At least 50 percent of performers in each act must be Guilford residents, per the rules.
This year's competition, as in past years, will have local, favorite radio personality John "Cadillac" Saville as the emcee and trophies will be awarded to the top three acts in the form of Guilford Dollar$, which can be used in many businesses throughout town.
